Ria Formosa oysters, wherever you get married.
Our very first wedding was in Beja. Since then we have taken the trailer and the oysters from our farm to estates from the north to the south of Portugal.
Logistics
From our farm to your venue, kept cold all the way.
The oysters are purified for at least 48 hours in Olhão and travel with us, chilled, to your venue. We arrive early to set up the trailer and open the oysters on the spot.
Travel is included within 50 km of Olhão. Beyond that, travel costs are added and shown in the proposal from the start.

Oyster Experience with live shucking, the Mobile Oyster Bar in our trailer, or Private Chef at a country estate: you pick the format and we tailor the quantities to your wedding, coordinating with your planner, venue and caterer.
BeOyster's first wedding was in Beja, in the Alentejo, on 4 June 2026.
Where
We go anywhere.
We bring our oysters and team anywhere in Portugal and around the world. Travel is included within 50 km of Olhão; beyond that, travel costs are added and shown upfront in your proposal.

Do you travel anywhere in Portugal?
Yes. We go anywhere in Portugal, and abroad too. We plan the journey and chilled transport of the oysters in advance.
How much is travel?
Travel costs, and accommodation if needed, apply to events more than 50 km from Olhão. We state them in the proposal.
Will the oysters arrive fresh?
Yes. They are purified for at least 48 hours before the event and kept chilled until they are opened in front of your guests.
